 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS for Open Races:
 

Individuals: Current USATF membership is required to compete in the Association Championships. Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, or U.S. government identification) is required and must be submitted prior to registration and participation.  Non-USATF members will be allowed to run as non-scoring participants.

Teams: Only registered USATF member clubs may enter a team. All athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must complete the team entry/declaration process during online registrations. Only athletes listed on the team declaration roster will be eligible to represent the club at the Association, Regional or National championships.

 

Before start of the USATF Montana Association XC Championship (no later than November 1, 2013), please ensure that the membership chair has received (via e-mail or fax) a copy of the athlete’s Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, or U.S. government identification).  No birth certificate received after deadline will be verified in time for the championship so please adhere to deadline or you will not be eligible to complete online registration and compete in the USATF Montana XC Championship.

 COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition, chest-high on the front of their jerseys. Bib numbers will be available to athletes at registration table during packet pick up. You must show proof of online registration.

AWARDS: In the Open and Masters Races, The top five in each race will be awarded medals.

DIRECTIONS: Eagle Falls Golf Course is located at 1025 25^th Street North, Great Falls, MT. It is just off of River Drive North (as if you were going to the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center on the South side of the Missouri River.

PARKING: Parking will be available near the Club House off of River Drive North.

In Junior Olympic Races, the Top 10 individuals and top team in each age group will be eligible to advance to the December 14, 2013 National Junior Olympic XC Championships held at the Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas. All advancements/entry for the USATF National JO Championship must be completed, paid for, and submitted online. Online entries may be submitted by visiting online registration link listed in registration packet.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The course presents a variety of loops. Distance will vary from 2k, 3k, 4k and 5k courses depending upon age groups. The courses will be primarily made up of grass, with possible asphalt cart path crossings in some areas.

REGISTRATION TABLE:
Registration area will be set up at the Finish Line at the USATF Tent.

DIRECTIONS: Eagle Falls Golf Course is located at 1025 25th Street North, Great Falls, MT. It is just off of River Drive North (as if you were going to the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center on the South side of the Missouri River.

PARKING: Parking will be available near the Club House off of River Drive North.
